We help businesses fix messy operations and run better.
We audit how your business works, fix stock and process gaps, and implement ERP systems that give you clearer control of sales, inventory, production, finance and day-to-day operations.
You don't need more software. You need the operation to make sense.
Most clients come to us because something is difficult to see, reconcile, control or scale.
“Our stock never balances.”
Recorded quantity and physical stock disagree, but nobody can clearly explain why.
“Ask John. He knows.”
Critical processes live in people's heads instead of a system the business owns.
“We already have ERP. It still isn't working.”
Teams return to Excel, reports cannot be trusted, or the implementation never matched the operation.
“I can't see everything anymore.”
More branches, products and staff create more blind spots instead of better visibility.
Audit what is happening. Transform what needs to change.
Rheme combines operational control with enterprise systems. One side finds the gaps. The other helps fix them.

For selected single-store retailers with up to 500 high-value SKUs. We compare what your records say you own with what is physically in the store, then show you where the gaps are coming from.

Starting fresh, improving what you have, or moving to something better.
ERP is a major part of our transformation work, but the software is not the starting point. The operating requirement is.
Implement
Select, configure and deploy an ERP around agreed business requirements.
Optimise
Fix weak configuration, reporting, workflows, adoption and control gaps in an existing ERP.
Reimplement
Redesign an ERP implementation when the platform still fits but the current setup does not.
Migrate & Replace
Plan data, process, integration, testing, cut-over and adoption when moving to a new ERP.
Assess → Design → Transform → Control & Optimise.
We define the problem, design the future state, deliver the agreed change and check that it actually works in daily operations.
Assess
Processes, data, stock, systems, people and control gaps.
Design
Future workflows, responsibilities, controls and system requirements.
Transform
Implementation, migration, integration, testing, training and go-live.
Control & optimise
Reconciliation, adoption checks, reporting, support and continuous improvement.
We learn the operation before recommending the solution.
Retail, manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, healthcare and professional services each have different workflows, controls and measures of success.
Retail & Consumer
Stock accuracy, merchandising, POS, replenishment, returns, store controls and multi-location visibility.

We do not publish invented client counts, savings percentages or transformation claims. Evidence should come from work we can stand behind.

Your business should understand the system after we leave the room.
Consulting should create capability, not permanent confusion.
Your data stays yours
We design delivery around clear ownership and controlled access.
Document the work
Agreed workflows, requirements, decisions and operating guidance should not live only in meetings.
Train the people
Role-based adoption is part of implementation, not an afterthought.
Be clear on scope
Deliverables, responsibilities, exclusions and changes are discussed rather than quietly assumed.
Useful ideas before you ever hire us.
Our campaigns turn operational problems into practical business conversations.

Before you call us.
The questions businesses usually ask when they are deciding whether an audit, ERP project or operational improvement engagement makes sense.
Do you only work with businesses that do not have ERP?
No. We work with businesses implementing ERP for the first time and organisations that need to optimise, extend, reimplement, migrate or replace an existing system.
Do you only implement one ERP platform?
No. Our consulting starts with requirements and operating fit. Platform-specific delivery depends on the agreed scope, required expertise and project team.
Can you audit our operation without selling us software?
Yes. Operational and inventory-control engagements can stand alone. An audit should identify what needs to change, not manufacture a software purchase.
Do you conduct financial-statement audits?
No. Rheme's audit work focuses on operations, inventory, processes and internal operating controls. We do not provide statutory financial-statement audits.
Can you take over a troubled ERP project?
Yes, subject to assessment. We first establish current scope, configuration, data, integrations, open issues, responsibilities and the realistic recovery path.
Will implementation disrupt our business?
Change has to be managed. We use staged testing, data validation, training, cut-over planning and agreed support arrangements to reduce avoidable disruption.
Tell us what is not working.
You do not need to diagnose the solution before speaking with us. Start with the operational problem.
